[Resolved]  Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — 1.5 ton inverter ac daikin stopped working

We are facing issues with daikin inverter a/c and the customer care (RR air conditioner engineering, Jafferkhanpet, Chennai)is not able to rectify that issue. After switching on actually the compressor starts only after 30 mins.. and also stops abruptly after one hour.. sometime it won’t even start. They are not able to identify the issue and blame it on the stabiliser. The fact is that it works intermittently and unfortunately when they visited it was working, and it happened 2 out of 3 visits., they disconnected the stabiliser and given direct connection but still the issue remains the same..it is very difficult to call them and arrange for revisits. Every time a new person comes and we have to tell him the history. Finding it hard to get it repaired. .we think it’s a premium product, but it works like an average one.. never faced such issues with my previous a/c(Samsung)..and I am repenting why I exchanged a good a/c with a faulty one. The fact is that the customer care persons Agree that’s they are getting more complaints with inverter model. I hope this message reaches daikin and they will help me..thanks.
