Conversation with daikin customer care :
In my AC was not getting cooled so that I was raised complaint against my problem to customer care. They raised one service request for me. And suddenly they allocate particular service person to sort it out my issue. After he checked my problem there was the issue of gas leakage. Within 3-4 Months, how the AC could be coil leak.? Is that material you team providing to customer. That engineer raised a complaint for me and told me to wait for 10-15days. Why should I wait for that?
I asked for some temporary solution to give on. He was not answered properly, when I asked to fill gas, he didn’t do that. That service Center was asking money for everything to fix, which the AC is in warranty time. when I asked this to that store. They also didn answer
