I bought Daikin 1-ton AC in Aug 2021.

Firstly, in Feb 2022, I raised the request for AC not cooling and after many chase up technician said there is a leakage near the outdoor unit and filled the gas, and fixed it. It was under warranty.

Now, It is out of warranty, again the same issue is in Apr 2023, and the technician says there is a gas leakage issue again and he doesn't have gas to check.

It is a very pathetic experience to get this kind of service. I don't know whom to contact. Could you please connect me with the right person to help with this?
