[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — AC not getting serviced | |||||
Prev Year I purchases Unfortunately Daikin Split AC, beliving on your fake commitments shown over website and Ad on tv. Now I am trying to call poorest service center and each time I call I am unable to put my service request each time avg wait time was 30 Min. After choosing call back option, it has been more than 3 days since I am waiting for call. There is no way out to reach customer care, The same has happened prev year also. I open a service request and service boy came after 15 days. and it was assured to me that same scenario would not be repeated again, . Again you are harassing customer by doing the same again. Now suggest in this heat how can i run my AC. What can I do is I will get my AC repaired from outside and will submit bill to Dakin. In case Daikin Refuse to reimburse the same I will more to consumer forum for Fraud against daikin. I am struggling to get my ac serviced but again no response. This is complete harassment by DAKIN. Please get the AC serviced withing a day or 2 as this is the you promised while selling AC to customer. In case of failure I will take further actions, And please dont comment and send me message that we have forward your concern to team and blah blah. I need resolution.
