@DaikinIndia I am Daikin customer in Surat since last 5 year. Made a complaint on 25th March. 2 different teams have been here for inspection. Both of them shown different issues and collected 1000 in fees without any solution.
One said that there is gas problem. Other said there is PCB problem. And both of them said that they will not take responsibility in case it doesn't work after spending 3000 for gas and 9000 for PCB. Talked to their boss (Abdul). Still, same response.
This is the peak time when AC is required and with this, we are not getting any response or progress. Could you please look into this.

concerned person requested to not complain and that they will resolve it soon. However, till this day there is no update. I don't think they care at all. Today they said that it might take upto 6 months. This is not what I heard for Daikin. This is the main season which requires AC. So, COULD YOU PLEASE SOLVE THIS ASAP
