I want to draw your kind attention that I booked IInd Free service on 13.03.2022.The technicians visited on 14th March 2022.While initiating service of the aforesaid AC in the morning hour`s team complained that there is no gas in the unit .In the evening another technician visited & replaced the front coil panel & filled the gas. Despite doing the needful the unit failed to function. They reported that the unit is chocked & left from the site.
Today again team visited to fix the same issue but unable to do so. In addition one screw out of three is rusted & another one broken which was holding compressor. They tried to fix the screw with hammer but unable to set right.
I want to get this faulty or refurbished unit replaced with New unit asap since the previous faulty unit did not even cover the guarantee period, affected mental trauma to the consumer & affected repute of Daikin Company. I am also having 7 units of different brands but never come across such grievance. However I request Daikin to replace this unit asap since Summer season sets in.

Note : Technician has left the opened/faulty unit at the premises with no unforeseen action on it. Now we are stuck with broken unit at my home which is still covered under warranty from Daikin.
