Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — Asking for visiting charge for under warranty product | |
I have bought daikin split AC before 2 years, now compressor has some issue and compressor is under warranty, I have registered complain about it but they told me you have to pay 500 rs as visiting charge, compressor is still under warranty then why should I pay visiting charge? If product is under warranty then never any company ask for any charge. If product is under warranty then it's company 's responsibility to resolve problem of that product. I have registered complain before 3 days but still waiting for reply from senior executives and management of daikin, they are unable to answer me regarding visiting charge?
