I had purchased 2 Window Air Conditioners 1.5 ton each last year.
One purchased on April 9th 2022
Second purchased on May 21st 2022
This is to bring to your notice that in both these AC Cooling coil is having leakage.
I have already raised complaint to the service team and got them diagnosed.

I had purchased Daikin Machines as I thought their technology is finest.
But thats not the case, my trust is completely shattered now.
I have used ACs of other brands like Samsung, Vestor, Panasonic etc but they having fault in an year is unbelievable.
I might get the work for one done within Warranty but whats the use.
Both my machines have developed fault within an year.
The coil change repair cost is INR 7500.
Is that justified for an item a trusted brand which you have used only for an year ?
How can we escalate this?
