[Resolved]  Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — complaint not attended even after follow-up with customer care and service center from 1st april 2019

I registered a complaint on 1st april 2019 regarding dust in the ac and unnatural sound from the ac. They informed that within 24 hours they will attend. On 2nd april cool service kottayam contacted me and informed that their technician will attend on 2nd april itself. But nobody attended. On 3rd i contacted cool service centre and they told that all technicians are on leave. Hence unable to attend on that day. But will attend on 4th. On 4th i contacted your customer care and they informed that it will be attended soon and given a technicians phone number also. They told that the technician will call me. But he didn't contacted me and after that i contacted him. He informed me that they will attend soon. But today till 5th evening 5.15 nobody contacted/ attended the complaint. The case is not escalated to the higher authority also. We the customer of you expect a good service/ respond from you. The reason may the place is around 50 km from the service centre.
