[Resolved]  Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — Complaint of Daikin Service

This is to bring to your notice I purchased a new daikin 1.5 Ton Inverter Air Conditioner with latest FTKZ model from your dealer Pittie Auto Centre Rani Bazar, Bikaner on 09.05.2021 and the same was installed by the dealer the next day. After installing the Air Conditioner, annoying noise/sound is coming from the blower. It came to my notice through your service mechanic that the abnormal sound/noise was coming due to a bush problem, which was a manufacturing defect in an indoor unit. To resolve this issue, the dealer Mr. Shailesh replaced and installed my indoor unit in the month of July 2021 (after two months).

Sir, I have been using your Daikin Air conditioner for the last 01 year (approx). I have never faced any problem in machine in terms of cooling, electricity consumption etc. It is one of the best machines in terms of cooling and saving electricity too. But for the last 10 to 15 days my machine is not working properly. The Air Conditioner / machine is not able to reach the desired temperature. For example if we set temperature at 27, the machine compressor get stopped/slow on 28. When it reaches 27 after a long time, the machine is not able to maintain the desired temperature which is set by us. Sometimes the compressor stops and temperature reaches to 28 or 29.

Due to this, the machine is consuming more electricity consumption like other Non inverter ACs.

For this issue, I contacted customer care on 12th May 2022 for my second free service. A mechanic was sent to our home by your local service center team and normally washed the air conditioner without understanding my concern. On 14th May 2022 I again contacted customer care regarding this issue, the service center again sent a mechanic and washed my Air conditioner again.

Thereafter, on 20.05.2022 I again contacted customer care, this time your executive of Bikaner, Mr. Faiyaz Hussain visited our home. He was also a novice person and never checked the thermostat/room temperature sensor of the air conditioner. He misguided us and gave false information by saying in a rude manner that “INVERTER AC MEIN + - 3 DEGREE KA DIFFERENCE HOTA HAI”. I told him that we are using this machine for the last one year and never faced such a problem till now. But he did not hear a single word from us and returned back by saying “APKI MACHINE SAHI HAI, APKE HISAB SE AC THODI NA CHALEGA”. For escalation this issue, I contacted couple of times to Daikin Jaipur Head office, the number which was provided to me through your customer care is not contactable.

Sir, It is pertinent to mention here that I works with Defence Estates Department, Ministry of Defence Bikaner Circle, Bikaner. There are 03 Daikin Air Conditioners installed in my office (02 Inverter and 01 Non inverter) and 02 daikin AC are installed at my home also which are purchased by me only. I have never faced such a problem in any of these machines. Because Daikin is the Big brand name in the Air Conditioner Industry.

This whole case totally shows how your Daikin Service Center executive is misguided, gives false/wrong information and harasses a customer in any way.

Therefore, In view of the position explained above, it is requested that the case may be investigated at your end and provide proper resolution to me. If nothing is done and no action will be taken then I will be compelled to take necessary legal action against your company in the Court of Justice.
