We purchased two Daikin ACs ( 2.2 Tn and 1.8 tn ) from Vijay Sales, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on[protected], installed on[protected] at the cost of Rs.55, 000=00 per unit having sophisticated latest technology, robustness and power saving features. Earliar we were using Panasoni 1.5 Ton AC since last 13 years with no coplain of gas leakages and more maintenance. But with this sophisticated beast, we face gas leakage problem at multiple elbow joints in 2.2 Tn unit in a span of just 1.5 years. We leave in very low dust / pollution area of Ahmedabad surrounded by lots of green trees. I am 100% sure that this is a maunfacturing defect from the company. We are paying Rs.3000 for the gas leakage to your Service provider company Airway Solutions, Naranpura, Ahmedabd. They are just repairing those elbow leakages with soldering saying one month of warranty from leakage from same elbows. This is quite ridiculous.. we don't want this repaired unit at our place. We want immidiate replacement of totally fresh unit against this old unit otherwise we will go to consumer court for justice. Attaching all documents herewith.
