I purchased your product of 1.5 ton ac model no.:-ftl50tv16w4 (3s) On 23 feb. 2019 and after completion of 1 year cooling coil is damaged as per engineer said to us.. Is this your faulty product and reliable for only one year till your product under warranty..?? We paid a amount of 25k and after one year engineer said to paid more for changing cooling coil and gas filing charge approx.12k.. You are fooling us.. You have to think about this and solve our problem as soon as possible by changing this faulty product to new or repair our product.. And mind it we are not giving any more amount to you for this faulty product.. We do have other company ac product for about 5 years but we never have been suffered this type of complaint.. I will file a complaint under consumer court.. Shame a same product of yours.. We are very disappointed.. Never thought daikin have such type of complaint.. Was this information helpful? | |
