Dear sir, we have been suffering without AC for last 10 days. The technicians visited us on 2nd April and identified that there is a major gas leak due to ill fitting of the AC by the technician during installation. I demanded that as the fault is from there side and within a month of installation, I be replaced with a new AC because once a problem there is always a recurrent problem. They gave a piece of paper saying that AC will be replaced in the next 2 days. It has been 10 days and no body is responding to my call. Mr Palla Srinivas has been promising to deliver the AC the very next day for the last 5 days. Now he has stopped responding to my call despite calling more than 30 times today. Pls get to the bottom of it and replace me with a new AC at the earliest and relieve us from the torture of heat and the torture of Daikin AC technicians and managers
