Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — Daikin inverter split AC's 1.5 tonnes each (model number FTKM50UV16V) purchased on 27th march 2022

Address:Flat 201, the Down Town Apt, Road no 5, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500034

I purchased 3 Daikin inverter split AC's 1.5 tonnes each (model number FTKM50UV16V) on 27th march 2022 from a store in Hyderabad. The cooling in all the 3 AC's is poor and not cooling below 26 degrees.
One of the AC has started to throw warm air and is showing F3 error code. There is no response from service centre and are asking to expect a delay of 10 days or more. There is no one to take up the call @ customer care.
Most pathetic Daikin AC and most pathetic service.

Dear sir, we have been suffering without AC for last 10 days. The technicians visited us on 2nd May and identified that there is a major gas leak due to ill fitting of the AC by the technician during installation. I demanded that as the fault is from there side and within a month of installation, I be replaced with a new AC because once a problem there is always a recurrent problem. They gave a piece of paper saying that AC will be replaced in the next 2 days. It has been 10 days and no body is responding to my call. Mr Palla Srinivas has been promising to deliver the AC the very next day for the last 5 days. Now he has stopped responding to my call despite calling more than 30 times today. Pls get to the bottom of it and replace me with a new AC at the earliest and relieve us from the torture of heat and the torture of Daikin AC technicians and managers

If there is any senior person, I can communicate to, pls let me know at the earliest because the team of Mr Palla Srinivas, Khader and other technicians is pathetic to say the least

Just now your AC manager Khader barged in to my house and assaulted me and ladies. Have initiated an emergency police complaint. This is how your Daikin AC people respond to the complaints. It is all recorded in the CCTV
