I am very upset with the service your team is providing. I have bought the split AC (DAIKIN SAC 1.0T 3SINV ATKL35TV) on 13th Feb 2022 and start using the AC from March. After using one week, cooling problem arises and from that day it is not resolved yet. On complaining, Service center (Breeze Solution, Ghaziabad) has refilled the gas 3 times but problem not resolved. Then take the Unit to the service center and done some fixes but after installing at my place, again same problem i.e. AC is not cooling and smelling also. Finally on 10th June, they prepared the report for replacement and asked me to wait. Now its complete 2 months over but I didn't received any replacement unit. I bought the AC trusting Daikin brand and unfortunately my family is not able to use it and facing trouble due to careless from Daikin service. My kind request to Daikin Senior management to look into this and help for AC replacement. I bough this AC from Reliance Retail Limited, Gaur City Mall.
