I have Daikin Windows AC under warranty, it has a gas leakage problem for which i have registered the complaint 3 days ago and the company assured that they will their engineer in 24 hours, after the complaint 2 executive came in given time and they checked the issue about mentioned problem, they went without solving our problem and said that 'some other executive will come to resolve this issue', i waited for 24 hours but no one came, i call the company and they assured the engineer will visit in the evening that day but again no one came, i contacted Daikin again they assured that executive will visit next morning but no one came, once again i contacted the company they told me the engineer will definitely visit in the evening then i got a call from the engineer and he assured that he is coming in one hour at my place for resolving the issue, i waited for two hours and called the engineer, he told me he is arriving in twenty minutes as he is near to my place, i waited for one hour and called tha engineer again, he said 'Company has assigned me someone's another work in mayur vihar on urgent basis so he will not able to come today as directed by the company', i again contacted Daikin but they didn't pick my call, after doing so many attempts i recieved a call from Daikin and he said ' i will try my best to send engineer today ' but no one came till now. I have mentioned in my first call to Daikin that i have a patient at my home so forward my complaint on urgent basis but i am suffering from 3 days and the company didn't hear me after so many attempts.
