Do not buy daikin acs they have repeated issues with pcb and fan motor and these parts even if replaced have no warranty, not even for a month.

I have bought more than 20 daikin split inverter airconditioners from a local dealer in jalgaon, maharashtra and have suffered my brains out. Buying over 20 acs in a single deal would make you readers think that i must have gotten the best of services from daikin or the dealer but you might be as surprised as i was when the behavioral changes started. The following facts are regarding one of these acs installed in my home where there are 5 acs others working fine, with no electrical fault, separate stabilizer installed and no other location specific problems that daikin can hide behind. This ac started giving cooling issues post few months o[censored]se to which there was lot of excuses and refilling gas up more than thrice, the third time i complained, they took the unit and replaced the pcb and some other stuff within warranty. The problem again showed up a month or two later and i raised a service request with the local dealer, again there were lot of false reasons due to the cooling issue and gas was refilled again. There was always some issue with the cooling of this ac it would work fine some days and sometime it would just not cool at all. Whenever the problem be persistent for a few days i would raise a request. So the third time post few months, when i complained about the issue, they first refilled gas only to know that the problem was somewhere else and again replaced the pcb. This time around this ac was out of warranty and a bill of approx 5000 + was handed to me. You would think the problem would be solved now but it is just getting started. Again post few months, the same problem arose and i complained to the local dealer again, this time he took the unit with him again asking me for money for replacement of pcb, fan motor and other compressor. Now i asked the dealer that how many time would you expect me to change the same parts when the whole unit has been malfunctioning since day 1. He said that this is not his concern and i could fight with the company if i wanted to. I inquired about the replaced part warranty and he told me there in no such thing as warranty on parts replaced. So basically, daikin is giving no warranty on parts replaced like any other chinese un-branded product in the market. Now the dealer wants me to pay for all the times he wrongly refilled gas due to wrong diagnosis, pcb and fan motor replaced over and over again only to hide the fact that there is a manufacturing fault in the product. This local dealer is now in illegal possession of two of my acs and is asking me for wrongful charges for bad product quality and manufacturing fault. Neither daikin nor the dealer is taking responsibility. This is just the story of one of the acs have a few more such horrible issues regarding service and product quality. Honest suggestion to please not by daikin acs as my opinion comes after having a total of more than 27 acs and suffering even after a huge investment with daikin india inverter acs.
