Issue with my Daikin split AC
I've seen other consumers complain about Daikin AC's. Similar problem for me too. My AC unit in bedroom was not working for more than a month. I registered a complaint and these service men came to repair it. They said the PCB of the outdoor unit was gone and they charged me 11, 000 for it and said it will be ok. The next day it stopped working again. I called them again and this time took the whole indoor and outdoor unit to their service center and called me after a week and said that there are multiple other parts that were not working and said it would cost me around 9, 000 again. Is this a joke because it could have been the other part which is at fault. Why charge extra price for unnecessary PCB unit. Is this how you do your business? Making faulty PCB's. I've just went through the other complaints and every single one of them are literally about their PCB units. This is definitely a scam since it is impossible for every single customer to have the same problem right? That too a part which is not covered in the warranty so there is no other option other than to pay for that. I am seriously not okay with what ever scams you guys are doing. Better to close your business. And I wonder how no government bodies take no action even after such miserable things they are doing. Just going through these complaints tells us about your company and services.
It is better to go with other companies like samsung or lg because they work very well and at least do not scam people through such cheap tricks. Was this information helpful? |
