[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — Faulty remote supplied with AC

I bough Daikin AC in this summer and got installed. Since then, AC remote has not been working properly. Even after my complaint several times, no body attended. When I called they replied that they will replace when the spare part is available. More than a month has lapsed. But they did not replace and the summer season is also likely to end. I have been facing a lot of problem for operating it manually. When I check the complaint status, it shows Technician visit. It stopped there. Nobody bothers to attend. If I make a complaint they log new ticket and the same process starts again as if it is new complaint. I feel very much regretted for doing the blunder of buying AC from such an esteemed company. It got so many rewards as per data. But customer care is hopeless.
