The Daikin AC doesn't cool. Since the time I purchased the Daikin Split AC, every year I have consumed my time, energy, and money to get the issue fixed, but this AC has literally never worked.
Below is a brief history:
1) 05/05/18: AC Purchased
2) 13/09/18: No-cooling issue was raised.
3) 13/09/18: Gas Refilled. (Service Order# 2593. Rs00)
4) 24/06/19: No-cooling issue again. 1 meter of copper pipe was changed along with gas refilling. Service Order# 7329, Paid visiting charges Rs700
5) 08/08/20: No-cooling again. Service Order# 12215, Paid visiting charges Rs590
6) 2021 summer: Again, no-cooling and gas leakage. No action is being taken due to the COVID lockdown.
7) 27/03/22 to 04/04/22: Service Order Nos. 22511 and 22549. The technician recommended a copper pipe change and a gas refill and asked Rs 4500. Paid visiting charges Rs590.
8) 16/04/23: Technician declared compressor as faulty. Paid visiting charges Rs590
9) 21/04/23: Compressor changed and gas charging done
Current status: There is no cooling. AC doesn't cool at all.
Please find attached all the mentioned job sheets and purchase bills.
Never thought Daikin follows such fraudulent practices.
We demand justice.
