This is with reference to our purchase of two Daikin Air Conditioners as per the following details

Sales Representative: Mr. Ali Naqvi
Our house was under construction and we had apprised the store and Mr. Naqvi, about the same and had stated that the installation totally depends on the work that was being done at the site where the air conditioners were to be installed. While we insisted that we will buy them once we can get them installed, he told us that we can get them installed whenever we want to (just to sell them as quickly as possible).
We were contacted by several tech-reps for the installation and because of the work that was going on at the site, we had to request them to wait until we got clearance from the builder for the installation. The tech reps also said that you can get the installation done once your work is completed and never once mentioned anything about the time.
We finally requested the technical representative to help us with the installation and Mr. Ashu Kataria from Durga Refrigeration came at the site for the same.
Upon his arrival, he opened the sealed packs and inspected the units and found that the condenser coil of one of the units (indoor) was broken and bent, whereas fan blower fins were broken in another unit. (Images as attached)
The service engineer stated that the units need to be replaced as they are under warranty. He came with us till the store (Vijay Sales) to validate the facts and tried to communicate the same to the respective sales reps.
Not only was he harassed by the sales team, but to our shock, the sales team also stated that they cannot do anything about it.
All this happened despite us informing them at the time of purchase that the installation will take time.
While we were purchasing we were made promises and were spoken to with utmost respect about how daikin brand represents service and quality, and post that there was no respect, forgotten promises and terrible tones.
Now since 20th Aug there has been zero communication from the store about the same. Our house paint work is also pending till the AC's are installed and i am losing money on that everyday that it gets delayed.
We trust the brand more than we trust these kinds of stores who lack compassion, basic sense of communication and are fully incapable of dealing with customer grievances. Stores and teams like them are only capable of ruining customer relationships and values of the brands they sell.
Hence, writing to you, for your help in the same and hoping to receive a solution for the stated issue.
