[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — not providing service as per agreement at all.

I bought a new air condition on which company is supposed to provide free installation. When i registered the request on toll free number of company's line, they agreed and sent me a conformation sms mentioning that the request will be dealt with in due time and also provided me local dealer number who was supposed to handle this request. Somehow it's been a week and still no one has came or contacted me to install the unit. I have complained and requested several times on the same helpline number and every time i got an answer that the request will be dealt with priority and then after there is no revert back for any action taken on it.

Updated by shashinjoshi The local dealer is Shakti Services and only the mobile number which is given to me in the message from Daikin company is [protected]. Whenever I have tried to call this number either this number is switched off or they are cutting off the phone. Basically there is no response locally and company wide.
