[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — outdoor tripping problem | |||
I have lodged my complaint to daikin customer care (5th may 2019) regarding outdoor tripping problem and my ac was in warranty period. My complaint was assigned to KS SERVICES, KAKINADA (Daikin local service provider).I never received a call from service provider since then and after 1 week I made a call to the service provider and requested them to send the engineer on an urgent basis.They promised me the same and even after 1 week no engineer is visited to my home. On repeated follow-up one fine day engineer visited my home almost at 7pm around and told that my outdoor switch board got malfunctioned and need to be replaced.After that no communication received from service provider.on 25 may 2019 I again called to the service provider and asked them what happen to my complaint..they said we have ordered your spare part and it take almost 7 days..I waited 1 week and today I again called to the provider and it is found that no order has been placed at their end. With full frustration I called customer care to complaint about the service provider and it is told by customer care that my complaint has been closed..let me know HOW MY COMPLAINT IS closed without attending any thing..and second thing is being a service provider who has to call the customer it's you not me..I never received a single call from service provider since lodging my complaint.. Is this the valuable service? Is Daikin doesn't know how to provide the service? In this 40 degree plus temperature i don’t know how long i have to wait after spending my hard earning to buy that ac, it is almost 31 days of my complaint now.I never wait now. I am very much disappointed with company response and still waiting for any positive reply. I never expected that kind of poor service response from the company like daikin. I am providing the service provider communication details.please communicate and resolve my issue..and provide some training to him about service aspects.
