Bought 2 Acs from Daikin, but rarely used and still in warranty not even 4 months old, one of them stopped working in march, technician said it was gas leak due to improper installation by daikin, got the problem resolved by refilling gas, after 20 days same ac stopped working, technician said need to replace circuit board, its on 26 march its 6 April now still my ac stripped and left in balcony, its almost 2 weeks either customer care or the dealer don’t know when part will come and my ac will be fixed, its peak summer now, i wish i have not opted for daikin, the authorised dealer response is not at all professional, moreover i contacted regional office even they can’t do anything, @Daikin India why advertise false service ads when u can’t fix a ac even after a week, and make me suffer like this, i will make sure that my friends and family won’t buy ac’s from daikin so that they wont suffer the way i’m now. My trust on Daikin and have promised myself that will never recommend nor buy any Daikin products for whole my life.
I have these acs installed at my home and from last 15 days sleeping without ACs in 42 degrees.
