Dear customer support manager - daikin ac I had purchased daikin 1.5 tonn ac on 9th june, 2018 from your authorize dealer in sonipat. For installation of same we had requested your dealer for early installation, whereas they assured the installation by monday morning without fail as sunday they have holiday. However on repeated telephonic reminder on monday, no action has been taken from your representative. Moreover request for same has been taken on tuesday by 4:00pm. Inspite of our urgency and priority no serious action has been taken from your side. Moreover the complaint is supposed to be attended by royal aircon and electricals, but their representing is making fool o[censored]s with his excuses and when we insisting him to attend at the earliest as we have to attend guest at our home, and its urgent, rather than admitting his mistake he started misbehaving our phone and denied to attend the call and switched off his phone. Such a poor, pathetic and annoying, unprofessional behavior is never expected from a professional company. Inspite of having a big company, behavior of your representative is really shameless. They are least bothered of customer support and service. Unprofessional behavior of your representatives cause inconvenience to customer.in my view point such poor support must be highlighted by complaining in consumer court. I had paid for for product in advance but it suffered me a lot by your pathetic and unprofessional after sales support. It made me realised that choosing daikin is my biggest mistake and i will neither repeat this mistake nor advice relatives and friends for daikin.
