Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — Poor Technical Team

We booked a reinstallation request for our old Daikin AC on 10th May request no. 2648128 in Haldwani Uttrakhand. The technician de-install the AC very roughly like an untutored person and called up another technician to fix it but installation didn't complete on the same day.

Next day they fixed it and AC was installed and as soon as AC got switched on the outer unit started burning with smell and smoke to which they splashed water bucket to it which was shocking to us. Then they started fixing it again, in between when we were inquiring whats wrong whats happening they didn't tell us anything. Later they said the outer unit is very hot right now so they will come again and check it in 2-3 hours when it will cool down but they didn't come back. The person was non - technical, unskilled for sure.

And mailed this all last month for which i got a reply from Mr. Amit and Mr. Parmendra that Daikin will fix my AC only when i will pay the cost.
I already mentioned in my complain that why will i pay when its Daikin's mistake.

There is only one service center in Haldwani region, managed by Mr. Pooran

I got a call from service center today i.e. 12th June 2022 with the same resolution that i need to pay and than only daikin will fix it. I don't agree to it

That is why i complained here because no one from Daikin try to resolve the issue. No one is bothered to reply. We are left with no option, we are without AC from past 1.5 months now. How seriously Daikin is taking this matter.

No. My issue is still the same. Nobody is helping from Daikin team.
It is already 2 months we are without AC.

Even no one is contacting regarding it. They are on the same page. Nothing is bothering Daikin team.
