My 3 year old Daikin 1.5 Ton inverter AC was not cooling for last 2 weeks.
I had raised a service request on Daikin website with Ticket ID: 26149476 on 11/04/2022.
After pleading few times, an engineer from Daikin service partner Adrika Sales finally visited on 13/04/2022 to check the problem.
He informed that the outdoor PCB needs to be replaced for which I gave my agreement immediately.
On the same day I received a call informing me that the part has been booked and would be installed within 3-4 days.
It was been 10 days since and after numerous follow ups, I am now being told that the part is suddenly not available anywhere.
Further, I am not being told when the issue will be resolved.
I am still hoping for Daikin to look into this and the AC to get repaired asap. Was this information helpful? |
