[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — product not repaired under warranty | |||
We had purchased two nos. of Daikin AC's from Kelvin Systems, Bhubaneswar in month of Feb/Mar 2019. After couple of months it started showing cooling issues and there was some electricity issue due to which there was continuous power failure in our office. This got serious some 15-20days back and we tried to contact Kelvin Systems. There was a very lukewarm response from them. We made multiple attempts of asking them to send a technician to solve the issue, but in vain. Luckily we got through a technician from Kelvin Systems who had installed the AC back then. After requesting him to pay a visit, he came & checked the issue, after that we were told by him that there might be a leakage of the refrigerant and refilling it will make the AC work as before. But it was supposed to be done officially by Kelvin Systems. So we tried to contact Kelvin Systems again but they just repeated their previous behaviour of not responding properly. hence we had to register a complaint at the Daikin customer care service over phone. But it's been over a week now and the issue remains the same. Today morning we were assigned a senior executive from Daikin who spoke to us over phone and assured to take quick action. But later in the evening we were surprised and annoyed to know that Kelvin Systems was not even responding to that senior executive of Daikin. He though asked us to spare him some time till Friday i.e. 16th Aug 2019, as it is a holiday tomorrow. It's not even six months since we had purchased the ACs and its still under warranty, but we were asked money by Kelvin Systems to refill the refrigerant. I hope that it will be resolved soon as we have already faced enough trouble for this issue. We hope that immediate & appropriate actions to be taken against Kelvin Systems for being utter irresponsible, ill-mannered & non-professional. Was this information helpful? | |||
