Daikin India as far as they claim they are the best manufacturer of AC, they provide one of the most pathetic and third-grade service to their valued customers with no regret whatsoever after providing faulty services.
...I being the latest victim of their pathetic after service in kolkata.
Despite lodging several complaints from my end, matter being defective and faulty installation of AC unit at my residence and overcharging of their irresponsible staffs, ANISH DASGUPTA, SHUBHANKAR SEN, SOMNATH GHOSH. They, SKD ENGINEERING, authorised DAIKIN service center, looted 6000 for re-installation at my residence for things that was not even necessary and took 8 hours for installation, that too ultimately resulted in defective installation. prior to that, my AC was working fine and with zero issues. They totally damaged my unit while installing and now even after infinite follow ups, all they have answers are "we have raised the issue and escalating the matter, service center not responding, we regret for the inconvenience caused, we are following up with local sales manager, we cant refund you. etc etc".
Its just pathetic to see how such companies claims to be best manufacturers while they keeps on providing such faulty services and dnt have any clue if any major issues happen.
I had words with their senior executives AMAN KESHRI, VENKATESH, KARANJEET SINGH etc . and the service centre guys somnath ghosh, shubhankar sen... All turns out to be incompetent and irresponsible in such important issues and even charging again for their own faults with arrogancy. Their call centre is just worthless. I humbly suggest THINK TWICE before going for DAIKIN products. I already lodged complaint in consumer forum, ministry of consumer affairs portal.. lets hope for any solution if they can provide any. Its been 40 days my AC is lying in that open position with my entire family suffering and till date, no response from entire DAIKIN team. Everyday i am calling their customer service and hearing "we are escalating your issue".

their customer support is really pathetic and worthless to say the least. 40 days gone, and no practical solution could be provided by them and no action been taken against the service fellows. I will ensure no colleague of mine wastes their hard earned money going after DAIKIN products.

search by my registered mobile no. already shared in my post. [protected]. already several complaints have been registered. and since last 30 days all i am hearing is *matter has been escalated".
site address is flat 5F, badrinath abasan, majherpara, kestopur.. pin 700102. DEALER: SKD ENGINEERING. please do not delay the issue and act like you dont know anything in this forum, when you guys have already every details of my issue. Even your area sales manager of kolkata .Mr. SUVO DAS is not entertaining my calls. This is just pathetic from such a brand. The matter should be escalated to the topmost authority of DAIKIN.. and if this is the reality of your after sales service, well.. all customers think twice before going for DAIKIN.

my no. [protected] is always open and on previous occasions, multiple times calls have been made to me by DAIKIN only to inform "your matter is being looked after". and its over 50 days now, my AC is lying open and unattended, with my family suffering. my whole unit is suffering damage due to your fault and negligence and worthless service.
I have tried to call area sales manager MR. SUVO DAS, KOLKATA but even after calling 100 times, the guy never received/calls back. This thing is going to trend on twitter now.
