[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — service issue | |
Daikin is taking more than 2 months to resolve a noise issue and they are citing issues due to unavailability of the spare part for more than two months now. Mumbai being a biggest city of india if they don't have the part about as availability here then wat about smaller cities and rural areas. I have spoken to daikin customer care floor supervisor sunil, bhavsnesh and their manager jatin but issue doesn't seems to resolve soon. Mumbai are service manager shivam yadav doesn't picks the call nor does any call back. If we call mumbai service centre siddhi cool service they have only one answer "there is no part availability" Worst service ever seen in my life Was this information helpful? | |
