hello sir, check the below image for my new ac status @ last 5 days. Purchased date: 27/may/2018 Model: jtkj50tv16u Serial no: 0003200 Installation date: 28/may/2018 = But still ill never used my new ac, because installation failed due to gas leakage. First complaint: 01/jun/2018 = Service engineer does not have the gas cylinder to fill the gas. So still i am waiting for that. (Ganapathi air solutions people never provide the gas to the service engineer) First engineer name (Saturday) - mani Second engineer name (Monday) - ganesh Complaint reference numbers: = Hyd[protected] Hyd[protected] My work leaves: = Saturday, monday, tuesday (Loss of pay - 3200.00 rs) These guys are told me we are coming in morning hours or evening hours like that. After that they will never accept my call. Already i lost 3200.00 rs (Loss of pay amount @ my office) So, please solve this problem, else refund my money. How many days taking to fill the gas??
