PCB Stopped working within 2 days of purchase date/ Pathetic After Sales Services/ Highly disappointed form services provided by Customer care unprofessional technicians/ Poor response/no response from customer care/ Need replace of whole Unit or refund against faulty product
This has reference to the Daikin AC FTKM50UV(5 star Invertor -1.5 ton), which I have purchased from Vijay Sales on 21-July -2022.( Sales Order copy enclosed ). This AC got installed at my home on 23 July, 2022.
In this regard, I would to like to inform you from the date of installation, this AC Unit worked only for 2 days i.e till 25Th july 2022 then stop working/cooling. . I raised a service request on 28th July 2022 aginst ID 27092826,[protected],[protected], 27092553, then technician come up at my home. In first go, he failed to figure out the problem despite telling him multiple time there is cooling issue in the AC. Then, he told me that there may be problem of PCB, for which he was not sure about it and told me that there may be problem of PCB.
Again, even if after raising almost 6 tickets which now all has been cancelled from daikin customer care end without giving solution.
After many calls to customer care, they gave me the contact number of the Parihar Service center. Its been 10 days now and whenever I follow up during all these days i get the response that the spare part (PCB) is not available and its in transit.
My simple question for daikin team is that what kind of logistic system daikin india is having. That delivery of part has taken almost 2 weeks? That to in that age, when our country is having speedy mode of transporation. Extremely, disappointing being a customer DAIKIN INDIA is not providing suitable/ speedy solution.
What kind of technicians Daikin India has hired those unable to figure out the problem?
What kind of customer care you are having that they are cancelling the raised by themselves, moreover they have not performed installation of AC properly.
Hope that Daikin understand my financial loss and disappointed from such brand name in order to fix my mental harassment which this Faulty AC unit has caused kindly arrange to replacement of whole Unit or refund my valuable money of product.
