Model no. DTKL50TV16U Pitched the Split AC in 2018. Suddenly the outdoor unit starts cutting out randomly. Daikin technician visited from M/s Cool Care and said the outdoor unit needs to be serviced and charged ₹1050. Still the problem did not resolve. Sr. Technician visited 2 days later and said outdoor unit PCB is faulty and needs to be replaced. The dealer says this part is costing ₹11, 000 and is not available currently pan India. No time has been provided for its availability. Company should do something. Customer getting harassed. Have to bear extreme heat as AC is useless due to faulty part and no replacement.
