I bought two daikin ac three years ago. Models are ftkm50prv16. After free services we continued service with local service centre of daikin (Daikin smart service) in anand, gujarat. After some time they stopped answering us and the person whose name is mr. Sarfaraj is very arrogant and behaved rudely. Now the guy is not picking up the call nor answering my calls. After so many failed attempts we contacted the other local service guy and did services of both ac. Is this the proper way to behave with customers like this? Is this the services you provide after sales? After such experiences why should we continue with your brand? It’s better to buy new ac of other brands after such experiences. Please take care and take actions against such arrogant people. Believe in quality of service. Kindly provide me the better solution. Was this information helpful? | |
