Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — urgent escalation: unresolved pcb issue & service ticket loop

I am writing to formally escalate a long-standing and unresolved issue regarding my Daikin unit’s PCB, which has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

The PCB was replaced on May 30, 2025, but since the second week of August, I have been facing the same issue again. I have made multiple calls to Saini Aircool and have been chasing this matter via email since Aug 28, yet there has been no resolution.

To make matters worse:

Several of my service tickets were marked as canceled without my knowledge.
The current active ticket has been looping between “Proposed Cancellation” and “In Progress” for over a month, with no technician visits, no resolution, no refund, and no replacement of the faulty PCB.
I strongly suspect the PCB provided earlier was not new, as it had a mobile number written on it with a permanent marker, which raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the part.
This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel neglected as a customer. I request immediate escalation of this issue to a senior authority and demand:

A thorough investigation into the PCB replacement.
A technician visit to inspect the unit.
A resolution timeline with clear next steps.
If the PCB was indeed refurbished, a free replacement with a genuine new part.
Please treat this as urgent. I expect a response within 48 hours, failing which I will be compelled to escalate this matter further through consumer forums and social media.

Ticket Number: DEL[protected]

Thank you for your attention.

Sincerely,
Saurabh Sharma

“I am attaching a screenshot of the ticket that keeps getting closed with the reason ‘Estimate not approved’—despite never receiving any estimate from your side.”

“I fail to understand why an estimate is even required when the issue stems from a faulty PCB that was already paid for and replaced.”

“Before the PCB was diagnosed, I was advised to install a shed (₹4, 500) and replace the stabilizer (₹3, 000), both of which did not resolve the issue—adding to my financial burden.”

“The PCB replacement itself cost me over ₹8, 000 and took two weeks. I suspect it was refurbished, as it had a mobile number written on it with a permanent marker.”

“Now I’m being told there’s no warranty on the PCB, which is unacceptable and contradicts basic service standards.”
