I was a very loyal customer of Daikin and have suggested to many of my friends and relatives to buy Daikin AC and in certain cases, i have personally assisted my relatives in buying only Daikin AC. Now, i am feeling very guilty about it because, a year before, i raised a service request for Daikin 1.5-Ton Inverter Split Air Conditioner (To be specific, from the date of installation till today, only Daikin's Authorised Service team is doing the service for my AC.) Cool zone team suggested for a water service and they completed the service, within a day, the AC started to malfunction.
I raised a complaint, when they inspected, the technician said that there is a colour mismatch in the wiring.
This has happened while installing the indoor unit after the water wash.
Immediately i sent a mail to [protected]@Daikinindia.com stating the issue.
As a result, i got a call from the Daikin's area manager and he suggested me to take a AMC so that the PCB Board can be replaced and there are few more service benefits so, i proceeded and took an AMC and they also replaced my PCB Board.
Last month, i faced the same issue and when i raised a complaint, the cool zone technicians said that the indoor coil is having some leakage issue and have to be replaced. When i asked the reason for it, they did not give a proper answer and they took my indoor coil in a hurry burry.
I informed the same to Daikin's area manager and when he asked the cool zone team, they have sent some other old indoor coils image to him stating that it is my coil but my coil did not have any rust on the either sides.
Believing that image, area manager suggested me to buy a new coil. I was helpless and its summer and having diabetic patient in home, i cannot delay so, i went further and ordered for the coil replacement. In the last week of April, the cool zone team came with a coil in which the fins are damaged in a very bad manner and when i asked for the reason, they said it is due to transit but i refused to take it and informed them that i need a new coil in a good condition. Then a week later, they replaced a new coil.
Last week, the same problem aroused again. I raised a service request and on[protected] Cool Zone technician inspected the AC and said that the coil is down again and have to be replaced.
I am totally upset and have completely lost the goodwill what i had on Daikin.
Now i need my AC to be repaired by the Daikin directly because i lost the reliability on cool zone team. I am very sure these people are playing fool of me.
I have already spent almost 1/3rd of the AC's cost in the last one year.
Now i can’t afford to spend anymore and i want Daikin to take a serious action on this issue and rectify it at the earliest.
