Sir, This is to bring in your notice that i bought a daikin split 1.5ton ac from naresh trading company raipur chattisgarh on[protected], since installation i am facing issues like (No chilling, auto off only green light blinds), in this 3 months i have faced the same issue 3times for which i have registered complain back to back, and technician comes after long follow up and do a temporary solution, but i am not getting any proper solution from the tech team... Yesterday mr. Manoj the technical person told me that the outer part is having error. I have informed the same to mr. Savio but not getting any proper response as i want my piece to be exchanged with the new one asap. I am really got harassed and i will go legal if i won't get any solution with in 24hrs. Currently it has been resolved by replacing the outdoor after long follow ups, i will get the clearity in next 30-40 days as the problem was of no chilling, which was earlier occured in regular interval...
