[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — ac not working since the time it was purchased | |||
Hi, After a lot of research we took a decision of going ahead with daikin acs keeping in mind it’s reputation. We purchased two inverter ac costing 50, 000 each and also took extended warranty of 1 year. Out of the two, one air conditioner is working just fine and on the downside the other one is giving us a nightmare since the start. We made a complaints to daikin service centres every alternate day to deal with the issues. They used to come, they changed almost every part of the new ac (They should have replaced the unit) but still no relief. I have made great efforts on my part to have the problems solved but have failed miserably which brings me to believe that i was given a faulty piece. My extended warranty just finished and i don’t have any other option but to put it on social media and consumer court. I have had to face immense harassment and discomfort due to the non working of the air conditioning unit in this heat. As you know these are the peak summer months and i despite having invested a great amount to facilitate my comfort in this heat am having to endure it and be embarrassed everytime i have guests over.
