[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — defective unit delivered | |||
Dear sir, Hope so all is well! I had purchase daikin 1.5 ton split a/c 4 star rating model. Once unit has been installed after i put switch on the unit that time indoor unit pcb board has been spark and not working than i complaint to were i was purchase that person he is telling bring to my shop that i will see what is the problem. These kind of after sale service is giving daikin? Still he had not given to me tax invoice. And were i purchase daikin a/c he is the authorised dealer of daikin. Daily i am calling since last one week after that he has taken my indoor unit pcb board and while taking he tell me i will bring new fresh one pcb board but he had bring my old one only with alteration/ repair. I want to ask seriously you are giving these kind of services to your customers. I had buy from these supplier (Warsi cool services) shop no. 4, olive exel chs, plot 16, sector 42, seawoods, nerul, navi mumbai, maharashtra 400706, india Worst ever after sale service, first of all the product was not delivered on time. And the ac which was delivered it was defective piece and seller do not want to replace and even to repair we have to take the item all the way to his shop never recommend these seller to anyone.
