Dear sir, I have purchased daikin inverter split ac of rs50, 000. From the very first day, i am facing the problem. The ac is not working properly. It is not cooling properly. Everytime i run it on 18 temperature. Still i face a lot of heat in my small room I have made complaint on the very first day. Your customer care engineer regularly visit my house. Everytime they come up with new problem. Sometime they say the problem is of gas leakage. Sometimes they say the problem is due to faulty pccb. Sometimes they say some other things regarding my room size etc. Sir i have purchased a new ac and if daikin has delivered me the faulty unit, it should be replaced. I am complaining from the very first day. It's been around 50 days. I am very much frustated by your service. Just replace the unit or give my money back. I don't want to associate with your company anymore Please look into this matter soon as summer is on peak.
