Sir/madam, My name is anish singh. I have purchased 1.5 ton split ac of daikin from your authorized sales outlet from aermec hvac engineering co. At rajapuri, uttam nagar on 24 may 20. As per the dealer promise, it was to be installed on 26 may 20 but at about 1900hrs he send an unskilled technician, who were not adhering to the govt guidelines of putting mask and shoes cover while entering inti others premises for service etc and it was not installed. Besides the same there was extra charges which was to be given by dealer as he has promised that it will be 'with kit' (Mentioned in bill also) and dealer response was rude and disappointing even pathetic. On 27 may 20, i called up daikinn customer care and registered my request for demo and installation vide ref no del[protected] and on the same day i received a call from impulz software that it will be installed on may 28 so i took leave particularly for this purpose from my office however, till today i, e, 29 may there is no response. In this regard i have also sent an email to them. Daikin company failed to provide service in time therefore my request is to keep the product under warranty if it is installed by private vendor because of your failure in providing services in time bound manner.
