[Resolved] Daikin India — Daikin 1.5 Ton Inverter AC | |||
I bought a 1.5 Ton Daikin Split inverter AC more than a week ago on 20/03/2021. During installation by Daikin Technicians the outdoor unit was found to be in a faulty condition. Since then no attempt has been made to replace it. I am calling the local Daikin representatives many many times but with no consequences. I have also registered my complain with [protected]@daikinindia.com but nobody ever bothers to ring up. I am really amazed by the lack of response from such a respectable company like Daikin. Please replace the faulty unit as early as possible and complete the installation. Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 12, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After approximately twenty days the faulty outdoor unit was replaced by Daikin which was subsequently installed. Presently it is running.
