Dear Sir,
I had ordered an Air conditioner on 8th March 2023 thru Flipkart, Make : Daikin India and received it on 10th March. It got installed on 13th March and from day one it has technical fault. Once it connected to AC socket, my main MCB get tripped.
I complained to Daikin India and their technician had visited 5 times. they did not resolve the problem. I had complained to the customer care many times and every time I received the response that the complain has been closed.
I keep on calling and requesting them to resolve the issue. The temperature in Delhi is around 43 degrees and it make our family difficult to live.
This is very unprofessional way of treating with customer and harrassment. I have been requesting for the replacement of faulty AC and do not trouble us. please allow us to Live peacefully. Was this information helpful? |
