Worst service experience ever in life- please see below list of events that happened with me
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Daikin AC service centre. I have registered a complaint on 09.05.2026 (service request[protected] for my Daikin split AC as it was not properly cooling and compressor was swtiching off in few minutes.
My home address is in Udaipur (Rajasthan) and after request creation, I explained my issue and service team responded that they will look into it during home visit. After multiple calls and delays, finally service representative visited my home on 15.05.2026 to check the AC and suspected issue in the PCB of AC . Accordingly they have taken the PCB with them to check for repairing and have also taken service visit fee.
After that day, i did not get any call or reply from Daikin team. Then i called on 21.05.2026 to check whether my PCB was repaired and to my shock after all these days i am being told that they want to check whether fault is in my AC compressor or my PCB. So they told me that they have ordered few new PCBs and once those new pcbs are received they will visit my home and install new pcb to check where is the fault (in compressor or PCB).
I have constantly asked them that why they could not identify whether issue is in my pcb or compressor. Also i have given the idea that if you can check my pcb in any other daikin’s Ac so that we can get an idea where is the issue. But i was told that they will come with new pcb only to identify the issue and i agreed there also.
Then, on 27.05.2026, after various calls, service team visit my home with an old pcb and a new pcb to check the issue.
And after waiting for nearly 20 days, we see that the old pcb is not ours and it is not the one we signed. And the team says it might have been misplaced. Further, during verbal communications i was being told lower prices for new pcb, however, when the team visited today they told higher prices for new pcb plus service charges extra.
Now as a customer, i even approached my nearest authorised Daikin branch that is in Jaipur hoping to get resolution and proper compensation for these extreme inconveniences, stress, delays etc etc. However, after lot of mails, and waiting for more than 30 days what i get at the end is ‘zero’ compensation and have left with installation of new pcb which cost around 8-9k
