Daily Care — fraud by daily care medical insurance company

I wish to inform you that I had purchased an online Medical Policy over the phone call on 23rd September, 2019 from Ms. Nisha, Mobile No. [protected]. She said that she is calling from Daily Care, a medical insurance company.

She was trying to sell me one Medical Insurance Policy which covered all my OPD and IPD expenses like Doctor’s visit charges, Ultra Sound, Blood Test, Xray Charges etc. up to Rs. 3, 00, 000/- without any capping or conditions except three illness which are HIV AIDS, Blood Cancer & Mental Illness. For confirmation she sends me an email also (Scan Copy of Email Attached) for your reference.

The very next day she called me again and insisted to purchase the above referred policy. Since I was not getting convinced she connected me with Mr. Ajit (As per Ms. Nisha) who was introduced as her senior in this company / office. Mr. Ajit confirmed me that he is working for M/s. Daily Care and he explained me everything about the company and about the plan in details for about 55 minutes. (Call recording of this conversation is available with me). To gain my trust he told me that I can visit his company’s website i.e. http://www.dailycare.org.in and company’s office situated at Connaught Place, Jeewan Bharti LIC Building at 7th floor.

I took that policy and made the payment online through the Paytm link shared by him and Mr. Ajit shared invoice with me in my e-mail (Scan copy of Documents Enclosed) as well confirmation email that I had purchased this Medical Policy from Daily Care Company.

After making the payment, neither Mr. Ajit nor Ms. Nisha is taking my phone calls. The mobile no[protected] is still working.
