I have purchase insurance policy for OPD expences from daily care, they take payment through paytm wallet and send me invoice also.
After payment there no is not reachable and neither they are replying on emails.
I have paid 9990/- INR on 12th Nov through paytm wallet on EMI option but payment deducted full in one time.

I wish to inform you that I had purchased an online Medical Policy over the phone call on 23rd September, 2019 from Ms. Nisha, Mobile No. [protected]. She said that she is calling from Daily Care, a medical insurance company.

She was trying to sell me one Medical Insurance Policy which covered all my OPD and IPD expenses like Doctor’s visit charges, Ultra Sound, Blood Test, Xray Charges etc. up to Rs. 3, 00, 000/- without...

I made payment of rs. 12990/- against a plan shared by m/s daily care, over email through their company email id. Later on they did not respond to the queries through mail/phone call/whatsapp. So i requested them for refund but now no response is coming from their end. I am now a victim of fraud done by daily care.

I have paid rs.6990/- on 25.06.2019 after repeted call from mr. Yadav ([protected]). The other number they were using was[protected]. Sorry to advise that from that date mr yadav is not responding my call, email and whats-up messages.
