Late delivery of products. The staff behaves very rudely and has no care about the consumers problem. They are not ready to refund the money even after surrendering the account and delay just by saying we will refund in 2-3 days. We still have not received any money yet even after complaining so many times. The company is not answering our questions after asking we will get the money back.
