Hi, recently got to know about this app.
I have ordered almost 8 times out of which 4 times i did not get the delivery. Everytime, i raise complaint and after several calls and complaints my money will be refunded back to my account. I have been asking them to give a permanent solution or a message if the delivery cannot be done or what is the reason behind not delivering but they are least bothered. Too much of stress with this app and their support support is rediculously not supportive or no improvement action is taken after so. Many complaints. Once in a while if things are missing or not delivered is expectable but everytime is a problem. I have money in my wallet otherwise i would never be involved with such loose business model where they are doing nothing to fix problems and they keep repeating the same mistakes again Was this information helpful? |
