Dairy Milk Chocolate — Charging more than MRP

Dear Sir,

I am Pasha and I am regular customer of cadbury products. Two days back I purchased dairy milk chocolates from one of the shop in village:

Place: Nagar Kurnool, Mahboobnagar Dist, Telengana, India.

Shop Details: Ramesh
Kirana and General Stores.

He is selling the dairy Milk chocolates on more than MRP rates, Ex: for 10 RS he is charging 11RS and 5 RS he is charging 6 RS like wise.

When I questioned he said it is for cooling them and they don't have margin on it, which I think meaning less reply.

Hence I request you to please look in to the issue and take required action as soon as possible to safeguard your goodwill and our interest in your products.
