There are so many power interruption in our area. In every weekend, Fridays or in little rain power goes and came after 4 to 6 hrs which is not acceptable the system should be stable. Every time when we called in CS they just said that fault occurred or there is tripping. Please do improvement to resolve it.

New Meter installed on 14 December 2020 by Dgvcl. In March 2021 DGVCL haven't took my meter reading by saying that Meter will take time to be registered. At that Time my meter reading was 262.

Then after two months on 1 May 2021, Meter reader took the meter reading only 29 units, which was actually 829 units.

Then after two months on 6 July 2021, Meter reader took the meter reading total 1518 units, which was correct.

Here what happen, as per DGVCL I have used only 29 units in 4 months, and then I have used 1518 units in remaining two months. and My Bill came HUGE...

Now they are not listening my complaint.

I told them, that this is actually common sense that how only 29 units I can use for whole 4 months, and then after i use 1518 units within two months.

With reference to above subject ..I have give application of load extension on agricultural connection in dgvcl dolvan branch district tapi ..After so many tries at dgvcl dolvan i am not getting proper guidance..And also not provide quotation for load extension..we have already paid due amount of our agriculture bill..Please look into this matter ...I have also send my load extension details as below..I have also attach receipt of load extension..

Yesterday on 9 th July 2021, I have been in dgvcl office at chala vapi and complaint about my wrong meter reading but they have not heard anything. I got the electricity bill having total meter reading is shown as 887 but when I have checked it it is showing 692 only. There is an extra 200 units approximately more. Why it is happening, is nobody is taking the correct reading or you have hired a illiterate person to take the reading. I need it to be to resolve asap.

Hello,
There is frequent power cut in street of H.No. 34, 35, 36, and at I.P. colony sector-33, and no one listing about this complain, neither customer care nor any staff, JE, SDO, electrician picking the phone, by the way if someone pick the then only say we will attend the complaint but no one attending the complaint and next time not picking the phone.

There is phase power cut problem connected form northland transformer.
Daily phase got burnt and in night no one attend for resolved the problem.

Customer care nos. [protected]-- always kept busy or closed in night
Electrician, JE and SDO never pick call. by chance if they pick call, speak like minister.
In this age we are still fighting for basic requirement.

I live in Shivshakti Township, Udvada, Gujarat.
In our area electricity supply is very poor. electricity gets cut anytime for long hours. In a week hardly 3 days we get proper electricity.
I am doing work from home, this is affecting my job. We also facing other issues due to very poor supply of electricity.

Applied in 17th march 2021 and paid all the fees on 3rd April 2021, still not getting connection. Palej DGVCL keep lie about DP that they don't have DP. 7 times I been palej dgvcl to follow up but they not in mood to give answer. On Wednesday I received call from Mr. Chanda to inform me they find new DP will be fix on Thursday and inform me to send my tractor to get it. But till date no DP and no connection.
Dgvcl took fees months back nearly 25k but I don't get any response from palej dgvcl. I know the reason why it's happened I'm waiting till next Tuesday if it's not done then I will take legal action against DGVCl palej with all the proof
