Hello,
There is frequent power cut in street of H.No. 34, 35, 36, and at I.P. colony sector-33, and no one listing about this complain, neither customer care nor any staff, JE, SDO, electrician picking the phone, by the way if someone pick the then only say we will attend the complaint but no one attending the complaint and next time not picking the phone.

There is phase power cut problem connected form northland transformer.
Daily phase got burnt and in night no one attend for resolved the problem.

Customer care nos. [protected]-- always kept busy or closed in night
Electrician, JE and SDO never pick call. by chance if they pick call, speak like minister.
In this age we are still fighting for basic requirement.

    Vulgar language used with customer

Since there is no electricity in the village, I contacted Sarigam GEB on [protected] and a person named Uttam picked up the phone and when I asked him why he was on the phone side without giving information, he spoke to me in abusive language. Take action?...

    I live in Shivshakti Township, Udvada, Gujarat.
    In our area electricity supply is very poor. electricity gets cut anytime for long hours. In a week hardly 3 days we get proper electricity.
    I am doing work from home, this is affecting my job. We also facing other issues due to very poor supply of electricity.
    Kindly solve this issue

      Address: Limda street, At Post Kamboli

      Applied in 17th march 2021 and paid all the fees on 3rd April 2021, still not getting connection. Palej DGVCL keep lie about DP that they don't have DP. 7 times I been palej dgvcl to follow up but they not in mood to give answer. On Wednesday I received call from Mr. Chanda to inform me they find new DP will be fix on Thursday and inform me to send my tractor to get it. But till date no DP and no connection.
      Dgvcl took fees months back nearly 25k but I don't get any response from palej dgvcl. I know the reason why it's happened I'm waiting till next Tuesday if it's not done then I will take legal action against DGVCl palej with all the proof

          There is frequent power cut in my area without any reason there is no rain or now heavy winds flowing.it is very difficult to sleep at night during this summer time due to most frequently power cut at night only.so i kindly request you to solve this problem as quick as possible.because of power cut it ia very difficult for the people to continue their routine works and jobs because of no sleep at night.so we need electricity at night

            Due to the cyclone tukate, there is electricity cut from 18th may and we are not able do our office work as well as house work. So it is a request to look after it as fast as possible.

              During this cyclon tukate there is electricity cut because of loose wire on the pole. So we want you to come and fix it. And please make sure that it's done. We are facing electricity problem from early morning 6'o clock.

                  Overcharging Electricity Bill (DGVCL)

                  Address: Rg. And corporate office: Nana varaccha road, kapodara, surat-395006

                  My complaint is about overcharging bill. The bill amount has increased since last two months, The Government employ who come for Reading units (checking the usage ) didn't even looked at meter and took reading by Guess. This is wrong and i think DGVCL has made a mistake. The regular bill we receive is between[protected] rupees but this time we received 5899 rupees bill even when we are using less electronic devices. 2000 rupees fluctuation...

                          I want to inform you that my bill number is (44217/02832/6). Last Tuesday (23 march 2021), due to the delinquency of the outstanding bill, disconnected my connection from DGVCL team and went away with the meter. On the second day (24 march 2021), I came to DGVCL office and filled both the bill and penalty, since then my connection and meter have not been installed yet. I am getting a continuation call, so I am getting an update that it will take place today and I am getting the same response from 3 days. For three days, my family has been suffering without light. And still I have not got any fix date as to when the meter and connection will be installed.

                          Please tell me the process, what else do I need to do to get again connection. And how many days will the connection take.

                          Please check the attached bill and penalties snapshot.

                          Kindly request to you Please re-install the meter and connection as soon as possible.

                            Power interuption 2-3days in a weeks and 1 day shut down of power.2-3 days power interuption is only due to one reason is cable is damage.the take time of repair is 3-4 hours.when we call
                            Then he/she gives not proper replay to consumer
                            You should take proper stapes against them.

                                  I have already paid my bill amount via paytm, Kindly check attached file for your reference.
                                  Why unnecessary Your team visiting for the collection at me home and threatening for cutting the electricity . Kindly update in system.
                                  This behaviour is just not acceptable. If I am paying the bill on time its your responsibility to update the same in your system.. If this is your system issue your need to deal with this, why should suffer.
