No power in Avasar bunglow Kamrej since around 1 hour.

Dear DGVCL Team

I have already paid my bill amount via paytm, Kindly check attached file for your reference.
Why unnecessary Your team visiting for the collection at me home and threatening for cutting the electricity . Kindly update in system.
This behaviour is just not acceptable. If I am paying the bill on time its your responsibility to update the same in your system.. If this is your system issue your need to deal with this, why should suffer.
If any query please revert back.

One man was available to use this electricity in Nov dec and room has only tv, bulb, fan how can use this electricity and so bill is very high than used, one old woman and man is owner of this rooms and how can they pay this type of ammount

I have received another huge bill, even after paying for almost 8000 for the bill, which I have not consumed single unit & for the duration when my home is closed from past 2-3 years & now again we received another similar bill during the Covid Pandemic.

Also DGVCL people have replaced, 2 meter in between, when my flat was closed & without intimating us during Covid Pandemic.

Also when I have asked for meter check, they were saying meter was faulty, without having reading on it. So they are considering & forcefully asked me to pay it. For this they have disconnected electricity connection & took newly installed meter. So recently when I have visited my home, I have paid entire bill & requested for revesal for the same amount. But they are not willing to do it.

Now again they sent me another huge bill, which they wants me to pay.

Again I am telling that my house is closed since 2-3 years & due to Covid Pandemic & health issue of my mother we are unable to visit quite frequently, but ready to pay for Min bill. But Don't know how DGVCL works & even if there are no reading & consumption, how they can send such huge bill?

Dear sir

I am regular paying ELECTRICITY bill online, still they cut electricity of my flat and family facing problems and while we are paying all payment regular, why these people calling office to start connection or light again at his office..

This is Covid pendamic situations, every thing is online and DGVCL people cutting light and call people to his office ..why, while we have done payment online all..

Please need immediate correction in mentally torching peoples

Meter is fast

I have Received electricity bill of Dgvcl Bill 776,
my room close 28 oct to 25 dec . i have not use electricity this month .
Bill Meter previous reading 2875 and present reading also 2875 mention, but consume unit 130.

My consumer no.is [protected].I have received the bill for rs.50/- but as i have solar system connected to dgvcl grid which genrate 20 units per day and my daily consumtion is only 10 units per day and till to day i have a credit amount but in latest bill it is rs.50 so please check your meter reading data and please send a revised bill

I've paid extra amount while paying bill online. Please help in getting return of the same. Actual bill: 2580 and I paid: 3270, which is previous month bill.

As from continously 6 month my light bill has increased double what I was paying want to check weather my metre is faulty, my location is Madhav residency, 404, sethiya nagar, kailash road, valsad 396001

As per telephonic conversation we have inform our nearest GDVCL office Dediyapada but still there no such action taken by DGVCL. And our whole village(At Rohada, Taluka. Dediyapada District . Narmada ) in Drak from last five Days .

So I request you to look into matter and do the needful.

I received a bill of rs.7201 of jul – aug 2020 which i have already paid.
I feel the elecric meter is running fast and giving wrong reading.
I have attached the bill details o[censored]nits consumed from jan 2019.
The average consuming is approximately 375 units.
The consumtion in the last year same month was 472 units.
In the current bill the comsumtion is mentioned as 960 units, which is too high. (Copy attachded)

Respected sir/madam
I am a govt. Servant and a pregnant lady staying at village of vansada. Can u provide some data to us villagers regarding your irresponsible behaviour. As we are paying electricity bill on time. You have already scheduled powercut on very monday 10am - 6pm for my village. So why are we facing uninformed powercut for remaining days. If is there any complications to my future baby or me during absence of power who will be responsible for loss??? Will you give me compensation for it? Or what other options can i opt for??

There is 10 to 15 loose wires hanging on electrical pole.

During raining spark seen on electric pole due to open wires so we request you remove these open wire as soon as possible otherwise if touch to the pole may be accident happened.
